CHARACTERISTICS

The VARISAND FLAT is Ral and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and it is available both standard and made to measure. AD and AG are available standard and made to measure, 6 sizes and 2 heights, ccl 2 and ccl 2 strong.
The other segments go only made to measure.

INDICATIONS

CLASSI(18-21 mmHg) made to mere
CLASS II (23-32 mmHg) standard and made to measure
CLASS III (34-46 mmHg) made to measure
CLASS IV (49 mmHg) made to measure
• Primary and secondary lymphoedema at various clinical stages
• Post-traumatic or post-operative oedema
• Lymphoedema in its various stage
• Phlebolymphoedema
• Keloid lymphoedema following surgery

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Acute dermohypodermitis, skin infections, peripheral obliterant arteriopathy, known contact allergy to elastic support appliances.

DURATION OF TREATMENT

The stocking should be put on in the morning while still in bed.
It is recommended to walk as much as possible during the day.
